Care at Peach Pointe Adult Family Home starts with a conversation, not a checklist. We sit down with you and your loved one, learn what a good day looks like for them, and write a care plan that fits. Caregivers are in the house day and night, and nurse delegation covers the medication tasks that need it. As needs change, the plan changes with them, usually without another move.

The pages below describe the kinds of care we offer and how we decide what we can safely provide. If you are not sure which one fits, call (360) 771-4442. We will help you work it out, and the assessment is free.
