Peach Pointe Adult Family Home (“we,” “us,” “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains, in plain words, what information this website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Information about the people who live with us is protected separately, under state and federal rules and our resident agreements.

What We Collect

We collect two kinds of information, and only as much as we need.

  • Information you give us. When you send a message, book a visit, or apply for a job, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, your message, and any resume you attach.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours may record basic technical details such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and general location (city or region). If we use an analytics service such as Google Analytics, it may set cookies to gather this.

How We Use It

We use what you share for a few plain purposes:

  • To reply to you and to arrange visits and care assessments
  • To consider job applications
  • To keep this website running, safe and useful
  • To meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Consumer Health Data (Washington My Health My Data Act)

Washington’s My Health My Data Act protects “consumer health data.” That means information that identifies you, or someone you care for, and relates to physical or mental health: a diagnosis, a condition, care needs, or medications, for example.

  • What we may collect: If you choose to tell us about a loved one’s health or care needs in a form, email or message, that may count as consumer health data.
  • Why we collect it: Only to answer your request, to consider whether our home can meet those needs, and to arrange a visit or assessment.
  • Where it comes from: Directly from you.
  • Who we share it with: Only the service providers who help us run this website and our communications, such as our web host and email provider, and only as far as needed to provide that service. We do not sell consumer health data.
  • Your rights: You may ask what consumer health data we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent. To make a request, email peachpointeafh@gmail.com or call (360) 771-4442. We will respond within the time the law requires. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact the Washington State Attorney General if you have concerns.

To protect your privacy, please keep detailed medical information out of our website forms. We are always glad to talk about care needs by phone or in person.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use the cookies the site needs in order to work and, if analytics is turned on, cookies that help us see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run this website and our business, when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of residents, staff or others.

How Long We Keep It

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Job applications are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you share with us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through web forms.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when it last changed.
